Je suis Émilie Léger, artiste visuelle interdisciplinaire. Ma pratique explore la lumière naturelle, le temps long et le végétal comme matières sensibles et mémorielles. J’utilise des procédés d’empreinte et d’impression — comme le cyanotype, le tataki-zomé ou l’anthotype — pour créer des œuvres à la fois poétiques, écologiques et incarnées. Mon travail s’ancre dans la neurodiversité et cherche à ouvrir un espace d’attention au monde, entre présence, perception et mémoire.

I am Émilie Léger, an interdisciplinary visual artist. My practice explores natural light, slow time, and plant matter as sensitive and memory-bearing materials. I use imprint and printing techniques — cyanotype, tataki-zomé, anthotype — to create works that are both poetic, ecological, and embodied. Rooted in neurodiversity, my work invites a space of attunement to the world — one shaped by presence, perception, and memory.

Ma pratique artistique, profondément ancrée dans la sensorialité, la lenteur et l’écologie matérielle, se prolonge naturellement dans une approche pédagogique attentive et inclusive. À travers les ateliers que j’anime, je transpose mes préoccupations esthétiques et éthiques dans des contextes éducatifs variés, où l’art devient un espace d’exploration, de partage et de transmission. Cyanotype, collage et écriture sont autant de langages que je propose pour éveiller la curiosité, valoriser les singularités et nourrir une réflexion sensible sur le monde vivant.
Art as a Site of Sensitive Learning
My artistic practice, rooted in sensoriality, slowness, and material ecology, naturally extends into a pedagogical approach that is attentive, inclusive, and research-oriented. Through the workshops I facilitate, I bring my artistic and ethical concerns into diverse educational contexts, where art becomes a space for exploration, sharing, and transmission. Cyanotype, collage, and writing serve as creative languages to spark curiosity, honor neurodiversity, and foster a sensitive engagement with the living world.
